Start a new project link fails to open template

:hushed: Current Behavior:

When I click the Start a new project link at the bottom of the FlowObjects SQL Runner add-in dialog, a blank box opens with the following non-hyperlink-able text at the top:

Flow Objects SQL Runner - https://excel.addin.flowobjects.com/assets/template.xlsx

If I manually type that link into a browser, the blank template successfully downloads.

:thinking: Expected Behavior:

Clicking on the link should open the template without having to manually download it.
